Kirk arrived on time, set up and played beautifully. He performed all of the songs requested for our wedding ceremony and we received numerous compliments on his performance throughout the event. He played a mix of traditional hymns, wedding songs and classical pieces. Highly recommend.

Kirk was fast to respond to my request. He incorporated any specific music requests we had. He showed up early and played for 3 hours with one break. His performance was excellent and he sounded great. I would also like to mention that he is an active duty soldier at Ft. Bliss and does this on the side. We would gladly use him again. Thanks again, Kirk!

I have been active as a professional musician, classical guitar and other fretted instruments, for nearly 20 years and have been fortunate enough to play all around the world. I studied guitar and jazz studies at Michigan State University before embarking on an 11 year career with the US Army Bands. After my time in the army I began working in public schools in special education where I bring my music into the classroom. I hold a BA in philosophy, an MA in humanities, certificates in autism education, musicianship, ethnomusicology and music research, and am currently working towards an MM in music education. I also run a music education nonprofit organization called Adaptive Music.
